0–3 years

Draw, detail and own projects from concept through construction. Comfortable on site, comfortable in BIM.

5+ years

Lead residential and commercial projects end-to-end. Coordinate structure, MEP and interiors. Mentor the studio.

2+ years

Materials, lighting, joinery and FF&E for high-end homes and commercial interiors across Jammu.

2+ years

RCC and steel design for residential and mid-scale commercial. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the architecture team.

1+ years

Quality, sequencing and snagging on active sites in and around Jammu. The studio’s eyes on the ground.

Architecture students

6-month studio internships — drafting, site visits, BIM and real responsibility from week one.
